The Terrace Cafe Chester County Mushroom Soup

a single carrot

1/two onion

2 stalks celery

1 tablespoon butter or oil, plus 2 tablespoons

melted butter or oil

two kilos washed button mushrooms

one/2 pound washed shiitake mushrooms

one particular/two pound washed oyster mushrooms

1 tablespoon new chopped tarragon

1 teaspoon salt

just one teaspoon white pepper

3 pints rooster or vegetable stock

1 pint huge solution

two tablespoons flour

Mince carrots, onions, and celery in a food items processor and sauté in huge pot with oil. Mince mushrooms in a food stuff processor, insert to pot with each other with tarragon, salt, and pepper. Prepare 청라 맛집청라 브런치 for about fifteen minutes. Do not burn off off.
